We Get You Listed
You can put a sign in your yard and an ad in the newspaper or even on the internet, but the sad fact is you still will not be visible to the many home buyers. Exposure on line with an established real estate company will help.
We at Wood "N" Horse are now offering as much or as little help as you want to get your home sold. If you want us to take over the sale of your home so you may get on with your life, we can do so at only 5%* commission (paid at closing). But if you are a hands on type of person, you can show your home yourself, advertise as much as you want and hold open houses.
If your efforts produce a buyer who is not already working with an agent, we will still take the sale through to closing. But instead of paying commission to a non-existant
Buyer's Agent, you pay us only
2%* commission (at closing) to handle the contract work, schedule inspections and work with the title company. And, we're there for you if questions or problems surface.
Estate Liquidations / Downsizing Personal Property
As a full service auction company, we can also help with estate liquidations or the downsizing of personal property.
